Michael Alan Charles Kuhr known by his nickname "MACK", was born in Gainesville, Florida. He attended Virginia Tech earning a B.S. in Exercise Science and M.Ed in Health Promotion and began modeling throughout college, then decided to pursue acting seriously a few years before moving to New York City in 2009. His first professional acting role was on the ABC television series Ugly Betty (2010), soon followed by appearances on Gossip Girl (2011)Person of Interest (2012)Gotham (2015) on FOX and stunts for John Wick (2014) with Keanu Reeves. Mack finished 2016 strong with three episodes of Madam Secretary (2017), the award winning science fiction thriller Alterscape (2018) with Charles Baker, John Wick: Chapter 2 (2017) and Stanley and Bud with Joel Edgerton still in post production. His 2017 stayed busy with a national campaign commercial for VERIZON-FIOS, Kilos Vodka, the role of "Kanann Samra" for the two-part season finale of Law and Order: SVU (2017),  "Joe" for the first season of MARVEL's The Punisher (2017) with Jon Bernthal and an episode of MARVEL's Luke Cage (2018) with Mike Colter. Mack opened up 2018 shooting two episodes of season 5 for The Blacklist (2018), an episode for season 6 as "William Velnik" on Elementary (2018), another episode for season 2 on The Punisher (2018), as well as an episode in season 3 for Jessica Jones (2019) and being cast as the co-lead for the original western "Death's Just a Jingle Away" (2019) opposite Christine James Walker shooting next year in New Mexico. 

Mack studied in NYC with Meisner Master Instructor Maggie Flanigan and voice coach Ellie Devers of AP Voices. Earlier in his career he studied film acting with Michael Hunter in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The acting bug took over when modeling and performing on stage combined with his love for the movies. His next stop for training will be at Taran Tactical Innovations in Pasadena, CA in 2019. Since becoming a working NYC based actor, he has performed principal roles and stunts for network television, commercials, independent and feature film.
